Today I ran 5 miles in 55 minutes and finally acheived a total weight loss of 5 pounds.
In other news I made (and threw out) parsnip soup for the first (and the last) time. My iPhone case has started pulling up the shield. And we leave for Puerto Rico in 22 days.
My inner-child demands PB&J for lunch on a regular basis. The only difference between now and 20 years ago is that the PB is organic and the J is sugar-free and the bread is whole wheat. Sadly I don't think that is enough to make it a sophisticated choice.
