I've tried to cut Digis some slack for the last year or so, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Our internet works well maybe 40% of the time, the rest is a complete struggle. If we call and complain they'll say nothing is wrong, it must be our computer/router/blah blah blah, and magically after the call it works again, for about a week, and then the same struggles happen again until we get frustrated enough to call again. Apparently they have too many users so now they have to throttle people back, our usage is limited, and even though we are supposed to have a download speed near 7mb/s we are somewhere closer to .41mb/s.
So, we are definitely in the market for a new internet provider. Sadly, Qwest is not an option in our area. Any suggestions?
